The phase III clinical trial of INO-4800 (pGX9501) is a randomized, placebo-controlled multicenter trial that has been conducted in multiple countries. The clinical trial is being conducted by Advaccine and INOVIO，and it aims to evaluate the protective efficacy in a two-to-one randomization in subjects 18 years and older across several countries, primarily in Latin America and Asia. The primary endpoint of the Phase 3 study will be virologically confirmed COVID-19 disease.
